Kim helped facilitate our family's move from IL to Texas, in the most competitive market in recent memory. I wanted a realtor with expertise in the North Dallas market, as well as someone who was familiar with buyers who were using a VA Loan. Kim checked all those boxes. Moving from out of State most of the showings were done through Facetime, so I had to have the utmost trust in my realtors feedback of the house and neighborhood. Kim was very responsive and honest, and did not hesitate to let us know if certain houses I wanted to see were probably not a good fit for our family. Finally when it came to competing against multiple offers Kim had various techniques that helped us stick out verse what was sometimes up to 20+ competing offers. I do not know if we would have been able to land our dream house without Kim's help. I would recommend her to all my friends and family without any hesitation, it was a true pleasure working with her through this purchase.

Kim was fantastic. I made a huge move from MD and actually had to look at houses virtually which requires a lot of faith in your agent. She is very familiar with the area and was able to tell me which areas were good for my family and which schools were highly rated. She had so much knowledge and so many resources, helping me find flooring installed and painters. She even set me up with assistance to get my utilities turned on.
